With its wide palette of shades, colors, grapes; soft, extra sweet dry, sparkling or not; they all have this character trait which sets them apart, happily (Montlouis, Saumur, Vouvray, Bourgeuil, Chinon, Valencay, Touraines 'Gamay, etc.).
Interspersing visits to castles with vineyards offers judicious tours.

In our garden, these 10 grape varieties(*) specific to our Touraine in Val-de-Loire are planted

We are so in love with it, that we made a "mini-observation vine"...directly, at home!

Our little pleasure, for us, to see them grow, evolve, every day... to have even attempted, with success, a micro-vinification of these gifts of nature.
